Bali Blue is the coffee for those who want something bold but never harsh. Grown by smallholder farmers in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, this Indonesian gem delivers deep dark chocolate richness, a slow molasses sweetness, and a warm brown sugar finish that coats the palate and lingers long after the last sip.

Harvested by hand, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds — a traditional Indonesian processing method that gives Bali Blue its distinctively full body and earthy depth. The volcanic loam soil of Kintamani adds a subtle mineral complexity that sets it apart from any other origin in the lineup.
