From the misty highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca comes a cup that surprises in the best way. Rich chocolate up front, a warm whisper of cinnamon through the middle, and a crisp green apple brightness on the finish — it's complex without being complicated, and deeply satisfying from first sip to last.

Grown by smallholder farmers at 900–1,000 meters on clay mineral soils, then fully washed and sun dried to bring out the bean's natural clarity and fruit-forward character.
